Back Again

Well, I'm back on the transformation track again. I reduced my weight by 11kgs last time and am still close to my ending weight now. This time it is more about building a new shape and I started that with a workout today, am working this afternoon so I didn't push myself, but I must build TRAINING DAYS into my shifts.

There are soon to be changes at work. We are moving to Vic Park on June 13 so there will be new shifts. I am also off to Bali on June 19 so I want to be in better shape before buying new bathers.

The journey from the start. Last january I went shopping for a new bra, only to find that I had grown from 16C to 18D. I took control of my weight gaining but only managed to lose a couple of kilos' so I got a bit discouraged. I didn't gain any more over the next few months and tried many ways to reduce my calorie intake but only got down to 74 kilos using Jon Benson's EODD which got me out of the habit of eating sweet stuff. Before starting the TT Transformation. I went to my doctor and he changed my medication (he wouldn't do it before when I asked) . I started using the workouts and then was introduced to Brad Pilon's ESE and till today I have lost 2.5 kilos in 4 weeks. I still have plenty of fat to shed but now I know it's going to happen.

Getting better

Taking my meds at 9pm seems to be the way to go. I slept well (after the nausea finished). Got up at 5.30 this morning and worked ok, came home about 4pm. Very wired at work, full of energy and that's just not me, I am usually pretty laid back.

Have reduced 1cm each from my bust and hips not great, but good. Have been to gym, will go again tomorrow. Working out well, have increased to 5 mins on the bike which is good, I will try the eliptical to see how I go.
